Gaming Author Submission Guidelines

Miskatonic River Press is always on the lookout for new scenarios, new authors, and new ideas. If you have a completed scenario or an outline or pitch for an idea you'd like us to consider, send it along. We will consider material for any established era or setting for Call of Cthulhu except Delta Green. It is suggested that for full books, longer material, and new settings that you enquire first.

Accepted material is subjected to editing by MRP staff. We will work with you to make suggestions, corrections and changes to produce the best possible material.

We are currently paying 2 cents a word.

Fiction Author Submission Guidelines

Miskatonic River Press is just establishing itself as a publisher of great horror and weird fiction. We have worked with and published both established pros and new writers and are always on the lookout for great new voices. Most of our fiction books are conceived and assembled in-house, and some of our titles are open to submissions while others are invite-only. You are welcome to enquire about any projects we are working on and whether we are accepting open submissions or not. Presently we are not reading or considering novels or full collections by new authors. Short stories may, however, find a place in one of our anthologies. Please enquire before submitting any fiction.

We are currently paying fiction authors on a sliding scale, depending upon their experience, the material, project, etc. Please feel free to contact us.

Artist Submission Guidelines

We are always in the market for artists for cover and interior illustrations, maps, and character sketches.
