Tom Lynch
Against his will, Tom took the reigns of Miskatonic River Press on March 13, 2009, upon the sudden, unexpected death of MRP's CEO Keith 'Doc' Herber. Tom misses his friend and mentor, and the founder of this great venture, but while he's sad that Doc had to leave us so early, he is dedicated to not letting Doc's dream die with him. Tom will pursue the success of MRP while there is POW left in him.
Tom grew up in New York City, and fled to Lovecraft Country for college (Worcester, Massachusetts). This probably accounts for his getting caught up in Call of Cthulhu and being accused by campus security of "some kind of cult stuff." Tom escaped, however, and moved back to the New York area from whence he operates MRP.
While New Tales of the Miskatonic Valley contains Tom's first published scenario, he's pledged that it won't be his last, so he hopes to multitask while keeping the lights on, and allow himself to be creative and drive some investigators (temporarily) insane.
Tom would like his lovely, patient wife and wonderful children to know that he loves them and will be back from Yuggoth very soon.
